I guess I blinked a bit too long because today is Charlie's 6 month birthday!! A whole half of a year... WOW. We celebrated by introducing rice cereal and he was VERY happy about that! He loved every second of it. And so did I.

All about Charlie:

He likes rice cereal
He likes to chew on his sippy, but doesn't drink much
He's a drool monster
He's unfortunately up every 4 hours recently at night...
He's pretty laid back during the day
He's a snuggle bug
He rolls and rolls and likes to be on his tummy a bit more
He's getting really close to sitting up
He likes his Jumperoo
He almost always falls asleep while nursing
He loves a bath and kicks and flaps his arms
He LOVES Jack
He's been falling asleep in his car seat almost every time we get in the car
He will rarely take a binky these days
His smile will melt your heart

These last 6 months have flown by even faster than Jack's first 6 months. I've been so grateful for Charlie and his sweet personality; it has made this transition a piece of cake. It's an absolute pleasure to be his mama and I can't wait to see what else Charlie has in store for us!

Is it raining? No. Bath time? No. That is sweat. Jack came in from playing outside and left his coat AND hood on. This was the result.



It's been unseasonably warm around these parts. We've gotten MUCH needed outdoor time.

Jack has really been paying close attention to Charlie the last couple of weeks. He asks where he is, wants to give him kisses and is so excited when he wakes up.




"Don't jump. Too high." - One of Jack's favorite lines. He loves to jump off of EVERYthing.
