Okay, so I'm so excited. I've been thinking about it a lot lately and have had it in the back of my mind for years, and I've decided to take the plunge and start piano lessons!! (How many "ands" can YOU fit in a sentence?)
I took piano for about a half a second when I was little. Then I took a beginner's class at Rick's, just for fun. I've always wanted to be able to play the piano and feel like it's a good time for me to dive in! The YW president in our ward (who is also my friend, Kristine) is very musically inclined and she teaches piano. It should be a good time! (Or not, we'll see!)

I'm sooooooooooo jealous! I've been wanting to take piano lessons for years now. When Eric saw the title of your post he said, "What, they're going to adopt a black kid?" What a weirdo.
I also wish I knew how to play piano better! Good luck on your new endeavor!
Carly that would be AWESOME! I started to take piano lessons once after I got married, but I am so impatient and quit cause I just wanted to be good right away. Sad that my mother in law is a piano teacher and I still haven't taken real lessons. GOOD luck...you will do great!
I wish that I could play piano too! Good luck with the them. I am positive that Kristine will be a great teacher.
