I was able to take a quick trip up to Seattle this week to meet my newest niece, Lauren Frances. She is absolutely adorable! My dad calls her a pixie. She's very dainty. Even her cry is sweet.

Quick trip, but worth the drive. Now we're preparing for our journey to McCall, ID. We leave on Wednesday and are getting excited for snow, yummy food, games, talking, hot tubbing, and good company!

We're so glad you and Jack could come visit! You really do need to move closer :-).
How fun! Makes me miss home...and especially makes me sad I don't have a home in Seattle to return to anymore. Have a blast in McCall! Christmas break is always the best when finals are over (I'm assuming Parker didn't have any postponed this year...). Love you!
I can't believe how fast Jack is growing. He changes day by day. What a darling little guy and you are one of the happiest mothers I know.
