Roll-e Poll-e

Jack is going to be 5 months old in two days! What? The weeks just keep flying by.

I've been fine with the fact that Jack seems to be a little slow in the mobility department because that is less work for me. (Or more, depending how you look at it. I've basically been his entertainment, poor guy.) He finally rolled over the other day from his tummy to his back-he's been working on it for months, it seems. He was on our bed and worked soooo hard. ADORABLE. Guess I can't leave him just anywhere anymore...

Could you just eat him right up?
He's still a little, long guy. He's weighing in at about 14 1/2 pounds and almost 26 inches. (Which makes it difficult to fit him into clothes. :0))

Jack's been a VERY alert/aware baby. (Even when he should be sleeping!) He's totally interested in everything that's going on.

He actually does enjoy watching sports with Dad. Great. I LOVE my two guys.

We had a FUN visit from my mom this weekend while Parker was at a Chiropractic conference. We went out to dinner to a steak place. Sayler's at Mall 205. Apparently you must be 55 + to dine there, but they let us in because we had the cutest baby they'd ever seen. I'm teasing, of course, but it actually smelled like your grandparents' house. The food was SUPER. We then enjoyed a day of no showering (which I enjoy on a regular basis these days) and sitting around like 3 bumps on a log... our favorite thing to do. I'm pretty sure we didn't get in enough gabbing. We never do. Pictures to follow.
